It is truly amazing to see a child at work and in his/her element. Spondeo Preschool does have an observation policy and waiver that ensures the privacy of each child. We ask that all potential observers read and sign the waiver, ensuring an understanding of observer’s expectations. A self-guided observer check list will guide the observer to notice certain behaviors and actions exhibited by the students.
